Some states, including Arkansas, Michigan and Rhode Island, had relative prices under 200% of Medicare in 2018, while others, like Florida, Tennessee and Alaska, had relative prices that were more than 325% of Medicare. Relative price is the ratio of the actual private allowed amount divided by the Medicare allowed amount.
